English Coon hound Puppies from Our Kennel
We decide to have pups from time to time out of our proven females. Every female must prove herself in the woods as a coon dog. We have had really good success with the past litters. When we have a litter of pups the dam is put on a special diet with supplements and kept in good health. We have indoor treadmills and exercise them daily. We have all our females ultra sounded at 27-32 days. Then again at 55 days to make sure everything is going okay. The females are brought inside, bathed and placed in sterilized whelping boxes with bedding changed everyday. The female is keep in comfort during her time of need. When its puppy time we take great care in insuring the well being of each pup. All pups are weighed, marked and extensive records are kept. We keep them inside in a regulated heated environment.
